A New Chapter: From Mindful Travel to Ayurvedic Health Coaching

For the past few years, this space has been where I’ve shared my adventures in budget travel, mindful exploration, and tips for creating meaningful experiences on the road.

Travel has always been one of my greatest teachers, offering lessons in resilience, adaptability, and connection. But today, I’m excited to share a new chapter of my journey – one that’s deeply rooted in health, healing, and transformation.

In December 2024, I completed my 300-hour Ayurvedic Health Coach certification through the Shakti School. It’s a milestone that reflects years of curiosity, study, and personal growth.

While I’ve always been drawn to holistic wellness, this certification represents a formal step into a practice that has profoundly changed my life: Ayurveda.

If you’re new to Ayurveda, let me introduce you. Known as “the science of life,” Ayurveda is an ancient system of healing that emphasizes balance in body, mind, and spirit. It’s not a one-size-fits-all approach but rather a deeply personalized way of understanding and supporting health based on your unique constitution, or prakriti.

My own Ayurvedic journey began as I searched for answers to chronic health issues, including an autoimmune condition that had been part of my life for years. Through Ayurveda, I not only found tools to support my healing but also a philosophy that aligned with everything I’d learned through travel and mindfulness: the importance of meeting yourself where you are an embracing life’s rhythms.

As I step into this new role as an Ayurvedic Health Coach, I’m committed to helping other navigate their own healing journeys. My goal is to make Ayurveda approachable and practical – something you can weave into your everyday life, whether you’re managing stress, struggling with chronic illness, or simply wanting to feel more grounded.

This blog will still celebrate the joy of exploration, but with a new lens. I’ll be sharing Ayurvedic insights for daily living, tips of balancing health while traveling, and personal reflections on how this practice has reshaped my life.

Think of it as an invitation to explore not just the world but your own inner landscape.

Thank you for being part of this evolving story. Whether you’ve been here since my first travel post or are just now finding this space, I’m so grateful to walk this path with you.

Here’s to the journey ahead – one of balance, connection, and healing.

In health and harmony,

Cassady ❤
