My scope of practice emphasizes education on prevention of imbalances and the promotion of wellness on all levels of being, using the life-enhancing modalities and philosophy of Ayurveda, Tantra and Feminine Form Wellness. These approaches include asana, meditation, breath work, nutrition, lifestyle, psychospiritual approaches, herbal education, and goal setting (sankalpa/dharma work).
